Order Processing

All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. Once an order is placed:

  • Processing typically occurs within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email upon order placement and a shipment notification with tracking details once dispatched.

Payments

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments via secure Shopify-powered gateways.

  • All prices listed are inclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) unless specified otherwise.

Shipping Policy

  • We ship orders across India through reliable courier partners.

  • Standard delivery timelines range from 3–7 business days, subject to location and courier operations.

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and included in your total order cost.

  • Tracking details will be shared with you upon dispatch.

White Peacock shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, regional lockdowns, or courier disruptions.

Out-of-Stock Products

If any product is out of stock after your order has been placed:

  • You will be promptly notified.

  • We will offer a full refund, an alternative product, or the option to wait for the item to be restocked.

Customization & Sizing

At White Peacock, we design our products in standard sizes; however, a size chart is not currently provided on the website.

Due to the natural variation in body types, please note:

Some outfits may require minor alterations to achieve your ideal fit.

White Peacock does not offer custom sizing or tailoring services at this time. Customers are responsible for any post-purchase alterations unless the item differs significantly from what was described at the time of purchase.

Governing Law

This Shopping Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
